Property List

The command defines the current year; period offset; break for Balance Sheet and break for Profit & Loss Statement.

In this example on the previous page, the current year is 2000. Amend this to the current year you are working on.

If your financial year starts in a month other than January, set the period offset to the number of months away from January. If your financial year starts in January, period offset is 0 as in the example. The list goes on :

The start points for the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement are related to the Codes for the Code Type "Account Group". The models will load the Codes for the Account Group as "10.Fixed Assets", "20.Current Assets", "30.Current Liabilities" etc. The command "bs=20" means the Code for assets ends at 20 and "pl=60" means the sales/revenue code ends at 59.

Amend this according to your settings in the Codes for the Account Group.
